Overview

💻 Work Style: On-site (6-month probationary period) Hybrid option available following probationary period.

📍 Location Requirement: Gainesville, Jacksonville or St. Augustine Facilities.

🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Leads the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives while managing risks and resolving challenges.

Monitors project performance, facilitates communication between technical and business units, and optimizes resource allocation to achieve efficient outcomes.

Supports continuous improvement by developing project documentation and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelors

Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience developing project documentation and implementing best practices.
• IT Program Manager experience within Healthcare.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• PMP (preferred, not required)

Other Qualifications

• Expertise in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in resource optimization and performance monitoring.
