What will be your Key Responsibilities?
As Senior IT Project Manager, Infrastructure, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a wide range of IT Infrastructure projects. You will ensure progress across cloud initiatives, server installations, network upgrades, and infrastructure enablement for business solutions. You will manage the project roadmap, secure alignment with stakeholders, and drive projects from planning to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
Track and maintain the overall delivery roadmap for IT Infrastructure.
Participate actively in Stage Gate meetings and resource planning, ensuring alignment and informed decision‑making.
Drive progress, engage stakeholders, and manage projects to successful completion.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor project risks and escalate issues when needed.
Support resource allocation, procurement processes, and budget tracking.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting schedules for management and stakeholders.
You will be part of a global team of colleagues in Poland, Denmark, Australia and UK, Bahrain and the US.
Have You Got What We’re Looking For?
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT project management within IT infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong ability to manage a project portfolio within IT Infrastructure.
Proven track record of ensuring timely deliveries across multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent English communication skills at a high/negotiation level.
Solid understanding of project tools and methods, including change, risk, financial, and stakeholder management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
