Toromont Cat is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation to join our team in Concord. In this role, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that drive strategic change, business improvement, and technology enablement. Working closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will deliver high-impact projects, strengthen governance and risk management practices, and support the successful implementation and adoption of transformational solutions across the organization.

Compensation

$91,820 - $114,775

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Lead enterprise projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to business ownership, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and PMO standards.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, communicate progress, and support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate project activities across workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, issues, and implementation readiness to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support change management efforts by collaborating on communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring accountability, quality delivery, and timely resolution of issues and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain governance processes, and provide recommendations to keep initiatives on track.

Must-haves for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects, transformation initiatives, or large-scale business system implementations.
• Strong expertise in project governance, planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and change control
• Proven success managing initiatives from planning through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business, technology, vendor, and executive groups.
• Ability to convert business requirements into actionable plans, priorities, and executive-level communications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-support skills.
• Strong vendor management experience with a focus on accountability, performance, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and effectively manage complex project dependencies.
