In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions across enterprise client environments. You will oversee complex programs spanning AI chat, voice, agent assist, CCaaS platforms, CRM integrations, and automation workflows. Acting as the central coordination point between clients and cross-functional technical teams, you will ensure seamless execution from discovery through deployment and post-launch optimization. The position requires strong ownership of delivery timelines, governance, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, global environment. You will play a key role in shaping scalable AI-driven customer experience solutions while ensuring operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise delivery.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI-powered transformation projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Agentic AI and Conversational AI programs, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring clear scope definition, planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by gathering and translating business, technical, and operational requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, architecture, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee QA, UAT, release readiness, production validation, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Manage dependencies across CCaaS, CRM, APIs, telephony, analytics, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong experience in technical project delivery within AI, cloud, or enterprise technology environments:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management or technical program delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing Agentic AI, Conversational AI, chatbot, voicebot, or CCaaS-based implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization phases.
• Experience working with contact center technologies, CRM systems, APIs, telephony, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on expertise in UAT coordination, defect triage, release management, and production readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities in distributed, global environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
