Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Calabarzon

Work Setup: Onsite

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead IT projects involving global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, in accordance with established IT Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and organize project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, organizational charts, change requests, and project closure reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and implement project communication plans to ensure timely updates on project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key developments.
  • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and maintain delivery schedules.
  • Manage project changes and ensure all adjustments comply with project-level, departmental, and organizational policies and requirements.
  • Plan and facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes and action items, and maintaining meeting records to support accountability and progress tracking.
  • Monitor project performance, identify process inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce rework and optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain post-Go-Live support plans in coordination with project teams to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations.
  • Drive moderately to highly complex IT initiatives that support strategic business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Implement change management activities to ensure stakeholders and project teams are informed, trained, and prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing multiple IT projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to complex projects involving system implementations and business process changes.
  • Proven experience leading moderately to highly complex projects, including initiatives involving confidential information and enterprise-level visibility.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, including experience delivering project updates and presentations to executives.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and managing project activities across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of project meeting preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including evaluating project data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience developing and executing change management strategies to support stakeholder readiness, user training, and the adoption of new systems and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project progress, risks, concerns, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience applying change management principles and methodologies in IT project environments.
  • Experience coordinating and managing third-party contractors assigned to project teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).

  • Project Management: Project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, budget control, and project closure.
  • PMO Methodologies: Project governance, documentation standards, change control, and compliance.
  • Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Stakeholder Management: Executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, global team collaboration, and vendor management.
  • Communication and Reporting: Presentation delivery, project status reporting, meeting facilitation, and documentation.
  • Change Management: Change implementation, stakeholder engagement, user training, and adoption readiness.
  • Project Optimization: Data analysis, process improvement, dependency management, and delivery efficiency.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Go-Live planning, operational handover, and post-Go-Live support coordination.
