Senior IT Project Manager
, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-impact, end-to-end IT transformation. You’ll orchestrate the migration of services, infrastructure, and business systems while keeping operations running smoothly—like a conductor leading a world-class symphony.

This isn’t just another project management role. You’ll tackle cutting-edge challenges in Microsoft 365 migrations, domain consolidations, network modernization, and full-scale IT integration. Your work will directly power business growth and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• 
  Own the entire transition journey
  – from planning to post-go-live stabilization – delivering a flawless IT transformation for the office.
• 
  Craft and drive ambitious
  project plans
  , timelines, budgets, and resource strategies that set new standards for excellence.
• 
  Lead cross-functional teams across locations to seamlessly migrate and integrate systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• 
  Dive deep into
  Microsoft 365 environments
  , domain migrations, network configurations, and tenant consolidations.
• 
  Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership – turning complex requirements into aligned action.
• 
  Proactively hunt down risks and issues, deploying smart mitigation strategies to keep everything on track.
• 
  Champion
  business continuity
  so that operations stay uninterrupted while the future unfolds.
• 
  Deliver compelling status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations that inspire confidence.
• 
  Facilitate vendor partnerships and ensure a smooth handover to operational teams for long-term success.

What You Bring (Experience & Skills)

• 
  Proven track record
  as an IT Project Manager in transition, transformation, migration, or integration projects (M&A or company carve-outs highly valued).
• 
  Deep expertise in:
  • 
    Networking principles and modern IT infrastructure
  • 
    Microsoft 365 administration and large-scale migrations
  • 
    Domain migrations and tenant consolidation
• 
  Experience managing multiple workstreams in high-pressure, multi-location environments.
• 
  Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills – you make complex tech feel simple and exciting.
• 
  Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• 
  Ability to work independently while energizing diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 
  Matric (Grade 12) + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  Professional certifications are a big plus:

    PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • 
    PRINCE2
  • 
    Agile/Scrum
  • 
    ITIL knowledge
•
