  • Partner with IT and Business leadership to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and KPIs aligned to strategic goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle management including planning, execution, change management, and operational handoff.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on initiatives that integrate or interface with SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise systems.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates, risk summaries, and Steering Committee reporting.
  • Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, change requests, and gate review documentation.

  • PMP certification required (Prince2 or Agile certifications an asset).
  • Experience working with or managing projects that involve SAP S/4HANA or related ERP systems.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives through full lifecycle delivery — from intake and sizing through execution and closeout.
  • Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or retail environments preferred.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise technology projects, ideally within or adjacent to SAP environments.
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance frameworks, including Intake, Gating, Risk Management, and Change Control.
  • Highly proficient with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project delivery, dashboards, and documentation management.
