Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including software application implementations, upgrades, and network infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct business process analysis to ensure technology solutions align with operational workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and company standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of project management best practices and tools across IT and business teams.
  • Support change management activities, including training and communication plans for end users

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field – Required
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification – Preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, including both software application and network infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, custom software) and networking concepts (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, cloud connectivity).
  • Experience with security and compliance requirements in IT projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 / year
  • Eligible for discretionary benefits: annual performance bonus target
