KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PMO Transformation function for Global IT • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define a bold, coherent transformation vision and translate it into a programme of projects.
• Establish and maintain robust governance structures, processes and controls to track project progress, costs, risks, benefits and quality against plan.
• Drive alignment and cohesion across multiple transformation streams; identify interdependencies, synergies and obstacles.
• Monitor project financials and schedules; proactively intervene to resolve deviations, enforce corrective actions, and escalate as appropriate.
• Develop and promulgate best practices in transformation delivery across the group; champion standardization, reuse and continuous learning.
• Facilitate strategic dialogue: design and run steering committees, workshops, post-mortems and innovation fora to extract insights and accelerate improvement.
• Prepare crisp executive-level reports, dashboards and storytelling that illuminate status, issues and emerging opportunities.
• Act as a trusted partner to the various CIOs and PMO leadership: anticipate needs, question assumptions, surface insight and enable decisive action.
• Be the go to person for the group CTO to lean on exploring the innovative path for transformation in various areas of Global IT.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Deep understanding of IT platforms and transformation programs across the enterprise.
• Expert knowledge of Applications (SAP, Salesforce, .NET, Java) and their modern architectures.
• Experience in operational roles managing and developing complex application landscapes.
• Ability to engage with emerging AI and agentic AI-enabled application models to drive innovation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and its evolution to Cloud ERP, and the broader ERP ecosystem.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and PMO frameworks.
• Strong capabilities interpreting complex architectures, integration flows and data models.
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Power BI, and collaborative platforms.
• Understanding evolving EU-specific IT regulations, security and cross-border collaboration best practices.
• Mastery of cloud environments and FinOps principles to design optimised, cost-effective transformations.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
Experience :
10–15 years in IT project management, PMO or transformation roles, with proven ability to think strategically and control complex multi-project portfolios. Demonstrated track record of on-time/on-budget delivery and excellence. Must have extensive knowledge of Applications (SAP, Salesforce, .NET, Java) and experience managing/developing them; deep understanding of the AI-enabled application landscape; in-depth knowledge of SAP’s evolution to Cloud ERP; mastery of cloud/FinOps to optimise transformation investments.
