Salary:
$6,275.97 - $8,750.00 per month commensurate with experience.
The Senior IT Professional III, under general direction, provides senior technical support on the Information Technology Services Team. This role involves managing hardware and software systems, providing technical support, and contributing to IT projects that enhance operational efficiency. Performs advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving in multiple technical fields.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IT systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
- Work closely and communicate with Executive Staff on IT issues and concerns.
- Assist with helpdesk operations and ensure high-quality support for internal users.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirement
- Provide input into complex projects including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance with data protection regulations
- Manage inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and licenses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and recommend scalable IT solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and policies
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability
- Mentor and guide junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact
- Contribute to long-term IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten years of IT experience.

- Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
