Senior IT Process Analyst – Healthcare / EPIC Wisdom

We are looking for a Senior IT Process Analyst to support the scoping phase of a healthcare digital transformation project focused on dental and clinical workflows. The role involves performing a detailed functional analysis, identifying gaps between standard EPIC Wisdom capabilities and Belgian healthcare requirements, and providing cost estimations for custom developments.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct workshops with clinical and administrative stakeholders to analyze current workflows and business needs
• 
  Perform gap analysis between EPIC Wisdom functionalities and Belgian regulatory/clinical requirements
• 
  Define functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
• 
  Document interface and data flow requirements between EPIC Wisdom and local extensions
• 
  Prepare development effort estimates, cost analysis, and business case inputs
• 
  Translate complex healthcare processes into structured technical and functional requirements
• 
  Collaborate with clinical teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners

Profile

• 
  Proven experience as a Functional or IT Process Analyst in healthcare or hospital environments
• 
  Experience with clinical systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare digital transformation projects
• 
  Knowledge of EPIC EMR and the Wisdom module is a strong asset
• 
  Strong analytical, process modeling, and documentation skills
• 
  Experience with Visio, business process modeling, and enterprise architecture concepts
• 
  Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complex stakeholder environments
