Are you driven by clarity, impact and strategic influence at a global scale? This is a rare opportunity to shape how IT investments are planned, prioritised and governed across a global organisation. As Senior IT Portfolio Manager, you will sit at the heart of decision making, bringing transparency, insight and discipline to a complex, fast moving IT landscape while partnering with senior leaders worldwide.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will lead the end to end global IT demand and portfolio management process, ensuring that every investment tells a clear story of value and alignment. You will own how demand is captured, prioritised and governed, translating strategy into a balanced and credible portfolio.
You will shape and run portfolio planning and investment prioritisation cycles, working closely with Finance, PMO and IT leadership to deliver accurate forecasting, financial oversight and executive ready insights. Each month, you will prepare and lead executive portfolio review forums, enabling informed decisions through clear, reliable and compelling data.
Beyond the day to day, you will continuously evolve how portfolio management is done. You will strengthen governance, improve tools and processes, promote Lean Portfolio Management practices and help embed a culture that values transparency, outcomes and operational excellence. Operating globally, you will collaborate across time zones and functions, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to senior stakeholders.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from combining strategic thinking with operational discipline, and the confidence to engage credibly at senior level while managing complexity behind the scenes.
- Proven leadership in IT demand management, portfolio management and governance, with the ability to shape prioritisation decisions and influence outcomes at an enterprise level
