Job Purpose:

As a Senior IT PMO Coordinator, you will be at the center of our IT portfolio, ensuring transparency, structure, and data-driven decision-making across all projects.

Your focus lies on analyzing and leveraging project data (supported by AI) and owning the administration and optimization of our PPM tool (OnePlan). You will transform data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and continuously improve how we manage and track our project portfolio.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and senior stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure, and meaningful reporting to our IT organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze project and portfolio data, ensuring high quality in the System of Record (SOR)

  • Use AI tools to enhance data analysis, identify trends, risks, and anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making

  • Own and manage the Project Portfolio Management tool (OnePlan), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper usage

  • Maintain project structures, timelines, resource planning, and master schedules within the PPM environment

  • Continuously improve portfolio processes, data quality, and tool adoption across the organization

  • Act as the central point of contact for portfolio-related topics for Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and senior stakeholders

  • Create clear, concise, and executive-ready reports and presentations (primarily in PowerPoint)

  • Monitor key KPIs such as budget, progress, and timelines, and proactively flag deviations or risks

  • Support project planning, prioritization, and status tracking across the portfolio

  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure smooth communication

  • Coach and guide teams on best practices, tools, and portfolio governance

Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data

  • Experience or interest in AI tools, Data Analytics and Business Analytics

  • Hands-on experience with PPM tools

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is beneficial
