Job Description

The Full Stack Developer position provides technical expertise in building modern solutions using AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and documentation without compromising architecture, security, code quality, or accountability. The role expects reliable delivery of business outcomes with predictable quality, security, and operational readiness by reducing lead time from concept to production through automation, reusable patterns, and effective AI-assisted engineering. Transformation using Production-grade web applications and digital services that solve measurable business problems with reusable front-end components, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and engineering standards that improve delivery speed across teams. The ideal candidate should have experience expertise in .NET Core, React, Python, and Azure and should leverage GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and AI-assisted development tools.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including technical discovery, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Build accessible, responsive, and high-performing user experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI practices
• Design and implement secure REST APIs using Microservices architecture with .NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, Python, and FastAPI or Flask
• Engineer solutions using appropriate platform services, managed identities, secrets management, monitoring, and cost-conscious design. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
• Integrate applications with Enterprise platforms, Relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) , Messaging services, and Third-party APIs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (Preferred)
• Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor Prompt Engineering, AI-Based Code Generation, Automated Unit Test Generation,
• AI-Assisted Debugging & Refactoring to accelerate development tasks while retaining full ownership of design and code decisions. Create effective prompts and context patterns for code generation, refactoring, test creation, debugging, documentation, and technical discovery
• Validate AI-generated output for correctness, maintainability, licensing, security, privacy, and alignment with enterprise standards before use. Establish automated quality controls through unit, integration, API, security, and regression testing
• Protect confidential information by following approved-tool, data-handling, and source-code governance requirements
• Optimise and standardize by identifying repeatable AI-assisted workflows and convert them into documented, measurable engineering practices rather than one-off experimentation
• Apply security-by-design practices across authentication, authorization, data protection, dependency management, and secure coding
• Collaborate professionally with Business SMEs, Developers, Architects, product owners, UX, security, operations, and business stakeholders
• Product mindset with strong ownership from problem definition through production outcomes
• Sound engineering judgement and the ability to balance speed, risk, maintainability, and business value
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a disciplined approach to continuous learning and experimentation

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• 8+ years total experience with 6+ years of hands-on full stack software engineering experience, including ownership of production applications
• Strong expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS and responsive design
• Proficiency in Python and at least one modern API framework such as FastAPI or Flask
• Demonstrated experience designing REST APIs, microservices, integration layers, and distributed application components
• Practical Azure experience, including App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, monitoring, identity, and deployment services
• Solid understanding of automated testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, application security, performance tuning, and observability
• Core exposure to GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Prompt Engineering, AI-Based Code Generation
• Exposure to ITIL Principles and Change management process
