What You’ll Be Doing

As our Senior IT Operations Engineer, you’ll work closely with the IT Operations Lead to support a high‑performing team delivering exceptional IT services to end users. You’ll be the go‑to escalation point, help drive a culture of quality and customer service, and play a key role in mentoring and uplifting capability across the team. This role suits someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of delivering seamless IT experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a quality assurance and escalation point to ensure end‑user satisfaction

• Monitoring and delegating daily tasks to meet operational SLAs and support team workload

• Provisioning IT equipment and applications via Intune

• Troubleshooting IT infrastructure, hardware, and software issues for end users

• Managing Office 365 administration, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID and asset management

• Supporting and troubleshooting AV conferencing systems across MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meets

• Sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team to uplift capability

What Sets You Apart

We’d love to hear from professionals who…

• Bring 1+ years of experience in a senior or lead IT support role, both remotely and on‑site
• Have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking fundamentals
• Can communicate technical issues clearly to non‑technical users
• Demonstrate a strong customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills
• Have experience with Azure, Intune, IT security best practices, and AV conferencing systems
• Are confident using remote support tools and ticketing platforms such as HaloITSM or ServiceNow
• Bring a proactive, CAN‑DO attitude and genuine willingness to learn new technologies
