Job Description


We are currently seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the strategic development and modernization of our client's IT function in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving infrastructure enhancement, enterprise system excellence, and digital transformation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee SAP ECC environments (FICO, SD, MM, PP) and integration with internal/external systems.
Lead adoption of digital workflow tools (e.g., IBM CP4BA or similar).
Manage data analytics platforms including Power BI, SAP BI, or similar tools.
Govern cybersecurity policies in line with ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
Lead project execution, IT budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
Enable agile IT operations, support systems, and infrastructure (cloud/on-prem).


Requirements


To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise managing SAP ECC (especially FICO, SD, MM, PP).
Strong background in digital transformation and infrastructure modernization.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Knowledge and implementation experience of cybersecurity frameworks.
Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or SAP preferred; ISO 27001 or other cybersecurity certs are a plus.
