About Your Company
Our client is a foreign brokerage firm and currently looking to hire a Senior / IT Manager for their HK office and ideally someone with trading system maintenance experience and familiar with investment products.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing IT budgets and expenses with precision, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  
• Crafting and refining IT policies and procedures, drawing inspiration from industry-leading best practices
  
• Designing and implementing cutting-edge computer hardware and software systems
  
• Developing rock-solid security measures to safeguard our computer networks
  
• Providing premier technical support to our end-users, empowering them to harness the full potential of our applications and hardware
  
• Orchestrating the seamless setup, backup, and reinstatement of IT facilities during staff onboarding and offboarding
  
• Meticulously organizing and maintaining our state-of-the-art office server room
  
• Monitoring and supporting the IT aspects of our HKEX businesses, including CCASS, DCASS, EasyWay-Euroclear, and TRS
  
• Developing and maintaining our cutting-edge internal QV system, in close coordination with our global IT team
  
• Fostering collaborative partnerships with the Compliance, Accounting, and Trading teams to optimize our trading workflow
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• Minimum 5-10 years of exemplary IT management experience at a manager or senior level
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure, delivering business objectives with unwavering dedication
  
• Native Korean speaker with polished written and spoken English skills
  
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese (highly preferred)
  
• Embodying a fast-paced, responsible, proactive, task-oriented, and detail-oriented approach, with exceptional leadership and motivational skills in the technology domain
