Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and business-driven Senior IT Manager to lead enterprise technology operations, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business systems across a fast-paced international environment.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on technology leader capable of managing enterprise platforms, IT infrastructure, governance, operational efficiency, and modernization initiatives while aligning technology with business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity governance, cloud technologies, and process optimization within multi-site or regional business environments.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Digital Transformation
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and operational growth.
Lead digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and process improvement initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to improve operational visibility, reporting, and decision-making through technology.
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency across departments.
Enterprise Applications & ERP Management
Manage and optimize ERP platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and business systems.
Oversee system workflows, reporting, automation, APIs, and cross-platform integrations.
Ensure effective governance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
Collaborate with operational teams to align systems with business processes.
Cybersecurity, Governance & IT Controls
Strengthen enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and operational controls.
Lead initiatives related to risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, compliance, and security monitoring.
Conduct risk assessments and support audit and compliance activities.
Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, governance standards, and operational procedures.
Infrastructure & IT Operations
Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, end-user computing, backups, and connectivity.
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of business-critical systems.
Oversee IT service delivery, incident management, operational monitoring, and vendor coordination.
Support infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor internal IT teams, vendors, and external technology partners.
Manage enterprise technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Drive change management and user adoption across technology initiatives.
Provide regular operational and strategic updates to leadership teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT management or technology leadership roles.
Strong experience managing ERP systems, enterprise applications, and integrations.
Hands-on exposure to infrastructure operations, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
Experience handling multi-site or regional IT operations.
Strong understanding of operational business processes and enterprise technology environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
Exposure to logistics, trading, automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or export-oriented industries.
Experience driving digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and audit processes.
