About the Client

Our client is a leading and well-established organization in the ceramic wall and floor tile industry, renowned for its commitment to design excellence, innovation, and superior quality. With over four decades of industry expertise and a strong market presence across Sri Lanka, the company continues to set benchmarks within the sector while driving continuous growth and expansion.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology initiatives. The role involves ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and the effective implementation of IT strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and the digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead and manage the overall IT function, including the SAP S/4 Hana Functional team, the Development team, the BI & Analytics team, and the IT Infrastructure & IS Security team.
• Oversee the entire IT operation of the company, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology-driven improvements and innovation opportunities.
• Ensure data Confidentiality, integrity, availability, and compliance across all IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT, with substantial exposure to SAP S/4 Hana environments.
• A strong understanding of business operations within the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, ETL processes, and dashboarding tools will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
