As part of the implementation team, you'll help prepare and support users through instructor-led training, adoption activities, and post-Go-Live support to ensure a successful statewide deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve participant guides, presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials.
  • Provide onsite floor support, over-the-shoulder coaching, and post-Go-Live assistance to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM), project leadership, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Gather participant feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Maintain training documentation and user support resources throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Travel to other client locations throughout California as needed to support implementation milestones and project activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years delivering instructor-led training for enterprise software or IT implementation projects.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience developing participant guides, presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, and other instructional materials for technology implementations.
  • Experience using Salesforce with the ability to train end users on system functionality.
  • Experience delivering onsite, virtual, and hybrid training utilizing adult learning principles.
  • Experience supporting Go-Live activities, floor support, or over-the-shoulder user assistance during software implementations.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles County and be available for onsite work throughout the county, with occasional travel to other California locations as project needs require.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting public sector, Health and Human Services (HHS), child welfare, or other government organizations is highly desirable.

WHY JOIN THIS PROJECT?

This is more than a training role-it's an opportunity to help drive the successful adoption of technology that supports children, families, and communities across California. You'll work alongside experienced implementation professionals while helping thousands of users confidently transition to a modern statewide platform that will improve collaboration, efficiency, and service delivery for years to come.
