Your tasks:
You are responsible for the development of the IT Strategy, aligned with business targets and technology trends, and the tracking of the IT strategy implementation plan.
You will take over responsibility for the holistic development of the IT strategy (derived from the corporate strategy), to track it in a targeted manner and to constantly review and adapt it. In doing so, you will work closely with the relevant products and services to ensure the best possible implementation of the corporate strategy. With your experience and your view of the strategic issues, you are the driving force behind the development of the IT roadmap. For the implementation tracking you create a regular management reporting which enables a comprehensible control of the IT activities and gives the senior leadership team a complete transparent view of the implementation status at any time.
In order to support target-oriented decision-making in the best possible way, you prepare corresponding concepts and presentations that are discussed and approved in the IT senior leadership team.

Your skills:

  • Completed studies (e.g. (business-) informatics) and first professional experience
  • Knowledge in the area of IT and information security (ISO27x, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT management, IT operations as well as software development is an advantage
  • Very good experience in project management
  • Very good experience in lateral leadership of interdisciplinary teams as well as agile leadership
  • Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as independent working style in a team
  • German and Business English at negotiation level
