
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure such as network infrastructure, PC, applications, PABX, and telecommunication services.
Review IT systems and structure and provide IT recommendations, direction and strategy to enhance the Company’s IT systems efficiency to meet business needs.
Develop/review IT policies and procedures.
Monitoring & managing software license to ensure regulation compliance.
Participating in the design, development and implementation of Mobile App with appointed vendors.
Responsible for preparation, monitoring and tracking of IT Budget and Deliverables.
Manage and Lead IT vendors contract negotiation and perform procurement in accordance with the company’s policy.
Track and Lead vendors deliverables, service level and ensure optimal service is achieved.
