Job Description

You'll be working on international, technologically diversified, geographically distributed projects (from small to middle size) which last usually 1-2 years.

  • Build a bridge between the client and the development team
  • Requirement analysis and management
  • Defining product backlog and specifying user stories
  • Gap analysis
  • Understanding the business goals
  • Discovering and mapping end-to-end process flows
  • Be responsible for meeting business goals
  • Lead the backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning, demo, and retrospective sessions
  • Supporting the testing process by providing guidance to the QA colleagues
  • Build a good working relationship with clients
  • Foster agile and lean best practices with a continuous development mindset

WHAT YOU HAVE!

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Fluency in English is essential for the job
  • Working successfully with development teams to deliver custom-designed software
  • Ability to learn new business domains quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to discover if there are conflicts and/or gaps in the requirements
  • Ability to set priorities of backlog items considering the technical dependencies and business benefits
  • Modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Using the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Working with issue management tools such as Jira, Redmine and VersionOne
  • Practice in online team management and meetings
  • Experience in cooperation with international and domestic clients
