Our testing portfolio includes vitamins, minerals, contaminants, pesticides and shelf-life studies.
We test of a variety of instrumentation including UPLC, HPLC, GC, and LCMS technologies. The Senior Business Analyst is a highly experienced Business Analyst responsible for translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong alignment between business operations and IT systems. The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Associate Director of IT Solutions, leads cross‑application initiatives, mentors other business analysts, and collaborates closely with business stakeholders, IT developers, IT Infrastructure Support Crews, global groups, and security. The Senior Business Analyst ensures requirements are clearly defined, solutions are optimized, and systems are used effectively across Eurofins laboratories and business units.

Lead cross-application and cross-team development and deployment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solution designs; evaluate feasibility; and recommend simplification or automation opportunities.
Act as the senior liaison between business stakeholders, IT developers, global application teams, security, and IT Infrastructure Support Crews throughout the solution lifecycle.
Facilitate and guide requirements gathering sessions using interviews, workflow reviews, system analysis, workshops, and scenario modeling.
Drive process redesign and standardization efforts to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen alignment across labs and business units.
Ensure optimal use of Eurofins systems by providing expert guidance and promoting best practice adoption.
Partner with key users, lab managers, and leaders across Eurofins US Food to advise on solution usage, change impacts, and optimization strategies.
Perform detailed gap analyses and produce senior level functional specifications, documentation, and recommendation reports.
Document and evaluate complex business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, system integration, and risk reduction.
Collaborate with module owners, developers, and global project teams to define functionality, prioritize enhancements, and plan releases.
Break down complex cross system requirements into well scoped deliverables and assess impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
Develop advanced user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer content; deliver training to key users.
Contribute to project planning by defining scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide expert input for effort estimates.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to business analysts and junior team members to build analytical capability, support professional growth, and improve overall consistency across the team.
Support security and infrastructure considerations by coordinating with the ITISC, security teams, and global platform owners during solution planning and delivery.
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Expected to understand the process for handling hazardous wastes and receive on-the-job training for handling specific waste types in their job area.
