In Bratislava within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team. As a Business Analyst you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support the
successful delivery and operation of critical services.

This is you

• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess problems and design constructive solutions.

• Ability to learn independently and acquire knowledge from technical and business documentation.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of XML, XSD, and web services is an advantage.

• Experience in specifying and analyzing requirements for banking systems.

• A software development background is an advantage.

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

This is your role

• Analyze functional, non-functional, and domain requirements; prepare functional specifications and feasibility studies; design application components; and document proposed solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the project, including external customers, suppliers.

• Participate in interface design activities in alignment with the proposed platform architecture.

• Analyze requirements in accordance with agreed standards and methodologies.

• Propose improvements to component specifications and architectural standards, and initiate process changes to enhance services, reduce risks, and eliminate recurring issues.

• Support system operations by analyzing and resolving incidents and problems in production and pre-production environments in line with Incident and Problem Management processes.

• The basic salary component from 220 Eur gross per day - the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate.
