Your next challenge

1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the IT service strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. as the primary point of contact for the service; oversee the service lifecycle from inception to retirement.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines.
4. Monitor service performance; identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, clients, and vendors to effectively communicate service goals and status.
6. Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems affecting the service's performance and availability.
7. Follow the service budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Your skills

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
2. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT service management, ideally within a Big 4
3. Client satisfaction and results oriented
4. Passionate about ITIL framework and practices
5. Previous experience and knowledge on service management methodologies is a strong asset
6. Knowledge of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines regarding IT service management is a strong asset
7. Proven analytical skills to identify and solve issues systematically
8. Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French is a must; German is an asset
