We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior IT Architect specializing in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the future of our enterprise through the definition and execution of our Cloud and AI strategy. You will drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer and agent experiences, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will transform emerging AI opportunities into scalable, secure, and impactful enterprise solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Define and drive the enterprise Cloud & AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps
• Lead the adoption of cloud-native platforms and services, establishing best practices for scalability, governance, and operational excellence
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI capabilities and use cases that deliver measurable business value across customer-facing and agent-facing platforms
• Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards, AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable Cloud and AI solutions
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and accelerating AI-driven transformation initiatives across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful execution

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong background in software engineering, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, with the ability to translate hands-on experience into pragmatic architectural decisions and technology strategies
• Proven experience in designing and governing Cloud & AI architectures on platforms such as GCP and/or AWS, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and alignment with business objectives
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, and governance frameworks, enabling the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies, with experience identifying and implementing AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable business value
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams and align diverse perspectives toward common goals
• Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives, influence decision-making, and drive innovation across cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment
• Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation, with a demonstrated commitment to staying current on emerging Cloud, AI, and industry trends
