Named one of the Best Places to Work in Southern California for four consecutive years, we're looking for talented people who want to make an impact while growing their careers.

As a Senior iOS / Android Engineer, you'll design, develop, and support native iOS and Android applications that connect technicians to the data, diagnostics, and insights generated by our industry-leading tools. You'll work closely with Product, UX, Cloud Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to build intuitive, high-performance mobile applications that integrate with SaaS and DaaS platforms and help shape the future of connected HVACR technology.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll influence architecture, champion mobile development best practices, and help deliver applications that technicians depend on every day.
This position is based in our Orange, CA office with an exciting move to Tustin, CA in 2028.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with employees typically working onsite three days per week. Additional onsite days may be required for team collaboration, planning sessions, or other business needs. Travel is expected to be up to 10%.
What You'll Do

- Support the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.
- Build secure, high-performance mobile applications that integrate with cloud-based SaaS and DaaS platforms through RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, responsiveness, and maintainability across supported devices and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to high-quality, well-tested code with minimal technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI, Cloud Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to deliver intuitive customer experiences.
- Champion mobile engineering best practices while contributing to architecture, code quality, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

- Innovation. Help shape the future of connected products by contributing to mobile architecture, AI-enabled capabilities, and evolving customer experiences.
In Your First Year, You'll Likely
- Build relationships across the organization to become a trusted technical contributor for our native applications and deliver new features and enhancements that improve the customer’s experience across iOS and Android platforms.
- Improve and evolve our mobile architecture, standards/processes, application quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability through engineering best practices.
