THIS ROLE

The Senior Invoicing Administrator is responsible for issuing accurate and timely invoices across multiple business units, maintaining precise financial records, handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative and reporting support to the Credit Controller, finance team, and external auditors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, and a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and deadline management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• You'll issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
• You'll ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
• You'll to deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients
• You'll provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team. Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

• You bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting

• You relevant experience with 1 to 2 years in a similar role

• You communication skills with clear written and verbal proficiency

• You technical expertise including advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office

• You professional attributes such as accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines
