Senior Invoice to Cash Analyst will play a key role within Front Office team, reporting directly to Associate Manager. The person in this position is responsible for performing all Invoice to Cash activities assigned to the cluster and act as main point of contact for local teams. This requires strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage time and tasks in a smart way. Senior Invoice to Cash Analyst is required to provide support and coach other more junior team members.
Manage collections and dispute resolution by contacting customers, following collection strategies, and ensuring timely payments.
Reconcile customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Back Office to process payments and clearings in ERP.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Pricing, Sales) to provide updates and resolve issues, including disputed invoices.
Negotiate payment plans, escalate collection issues when needed, and support resolution of complex cases.
Support credit processes by coordinating credit limits, approvals, and resolving blocked orders with the Credit team.
Monitor and reduce bad debt exposure through active collections and preparing assessment and calculation files.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within O2C, maintaining and updating process documentation.
Ensure compliance, support audits, maintain customer master data, prepare reports, and coach junior team members while supporting related I2C functions.
Required:
BS/BA/MA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
Between 2 and 6 years of I2C experience
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent spoken and written English and Italian
Experience on AR-related systems (SAP, Oracle, Credit Management tools or others)
Preferred:
Process Champion – knowledge of entire I2C process (including O2I) for assigned region/cluster and share good practices among the team
