Job Description

RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Real Estate Valuer to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.​

Mission

Lead the valuation of complex real estate assets or large portfolios, providing strategic insights and high-quality reports to support client decision-making on investments, acquisitions, and divestments

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and oversee valuation projects involving high-value or complex assets (e.g., hotels, shopping centers).
  • Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuation reports.
  • Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on valuation findings and market trends.
  • Mentor junior valuers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance for their work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and expand client engagement.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Economics

Qualifications

  • Proven +5 years experience in investment real estate valuation and financial modeling.
  • Advanced understanding of market dynamics and valuation methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL TERZIARIO (CNEL code H011). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €32,000 and €40,000 and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
