To support the ambition to establish a multi-gigawatt Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) position in the near term through inorganic growth, the BESS team is seeking to add an Investment Associate
In this role you support the assessment, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions across BESS platforms in Europe. The Investment Associate contributes analytical rigor, valuation discipline, and structured execution throughout the transaction lifecycle. Additionally you support the preparation of decision-ready investment materials, coordination of due diligence activities, and disciplined transaction execution in line with internal governance and return requirements.
The position reports to the Head of Inorganic Growth BESS and works closely with stakeholders across the BESS team and the wider organisation.
