~$500M in assets under management
, bringing a strong and stable client base, while continuing to grow rapidly by onboarding
30–50 new clients annually

Key Responsibilities
-
Support and help manage
discretionary investment portfolios
(equities & fixed income)

Contribute to
asset allocation, investment strategy, and security selection
-
Monitor
markets, economic trends, and portfolio performance
-
Prepare and present
client-ready reports and recommendations
-
Participate in
client meetings and ongoing relationship management
-
Communicate directly with clients regarding:

Portfolio performance

Market insights
-
Investment recommendations
-
Identify opportunities to
grow assets and deepen client relationships

Collaborate with a broader team including:

Financial Planners
-
Wealth Specialists
-
Private Banking partners

Help improve
internal processes and scalability as the business grows

What They’re Looking For
-
3+ years in
wealth management, portfolio management, or investment advisory
-
Strong understanding of
public markets (equities & fixed income)
-
Experience in
client-facing investment discussions
-
CIRO / Registered Representative (RR) licensing (or eligible)
-
Professional designations are an asset (CFA, CIM)
-
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
