
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert financial guidance, build lasting client relationships, and develop tailored investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. The Senior Investment Advisor acquires and manages Corporate and High Net-worth Individual (‘HNWI’) for upper percentile (companies and individual with investable balances of ≥TT$500K) utilizing GAMISL suite of Mutual Funds and upselling to Private Wealth and Merchant Bank. He/she will offer professional and expert investment advice by thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with HNWI, Corporate Executives and Businesses.
2. Monitoring and reporting redemptions, client satisfaction with investment performance.
3. Establish network of referrals and develop COIs.
4. Follow up on client enquires, perform client folio reviews.
5. Refer opportunities to upsell to PW, MBU and other parties.
6. Keep abreast of GAM’s new products offerings, policies, and procedures.
7. Keep abreast of competitor and market information.
8. Perform any other job- related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• A First Degree from a recognized tertiary educational institution preferably in Finance or finance related.
• Certified Financial Planner (CEP)
• 5 Years’ experience in Financial Services Environment
• 3 years proven sales track record of providing financial Solutions to Corporate and HNWIs
• Sound Knowledge of financial planning, Investment products and services.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.

The Senior Investment Advisor must be extremely professional, articulate, knowledgeable, self-motivated, confident and driven to succeed in a competitive environment. Must demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness, be well organized with the ability to manage time effectively, have superior listening skills and excellent communication and presentation skills. While able to function independently, the Senior Investment Advisor must be comfortable working as part of a team when required to do so, and should be forward thinking in approach, collaborative and team oriented with a strong work ethic.
