Job Description


To
lead and oversee all picking, packing, inventory control,
and warehouse operations activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance,
and operational excellence at all times. The Senior/Lead Warehouse Controller
will drive team performance, maintain inventory integrity, and support
continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.


Requirements


Key Responsibilities


• Supervise daily picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch activities

• Ensure accurate inventory control with minimal stock discrepancies

• Oversee stock takes, cycle counts, and bin audits

• Ensure all stock is correctly labelled, palletised, and stored

• Monitor team performance and allocate daily operational tasks

• Investigate and resolve inventory and operational discrepancies

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reporting

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and housekeeping standards

• Report faulty equipment and operational risks immediately


Requirements


• Grade 12 / Matric

• 5+ years warehouse and inventory control experience

• Previous supervisory/team lead experience

• Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge

• Computer literate (MS Office & warehouse systems)

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
