HME is seeking a talented Senior International Sales Manager! In this role, you will define and execute HSC's sales strategy outside the U.S., grow existing partnerships, and identify new ones to maximize sales and profitability.

What you will do in the position:

  • Define and communicate HSC's sales strategy and plans to achieve sales growth through new and existing partnerships.
  • Expand sales in current and future markets through identifying new opportunities to increase global revenue.
  • Understand product landscapes and industry trends and report on geo-economic and geo-political impacts.
  • Build strong customer relationships with distributors and internal teams and partner with customers to maximize sales performance while providing provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Evaluate market research and competitor surveys, negotiate and manage contracts for effective trading and operations, and set and achieve annual sales targets and forecasts.
  • Communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders, and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals.
  • Forecast and develop annual sales quotas and maintain sales volume and adapt to market changes.
  • Identify emerging markets, and forecast future sales and adapt plans accordingly.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

  • Degree qualified preferred in Business or Marketing. BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field. MBA highly preferred.
  • Formal sales and negotiation training is preferred.
  • Minimum one foreign language in addition to English, Spanish preferred.
  • Solid demonstrable track record in international sales; direct selling and partner management.
  • Proven commercial growth in current and previous roles with the ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, backed by a thorough understanding of international business norms.
  • Natural leader of people with excellent managerial and motivational skills to drive and deliver sales targets.
  • Expert presentation and communications skills.
  • Experience of multi-channel (Omni channel) Sales strategies with a proven track record of key account management, distributor management and business development.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, possibly internationally.

Base Pay Range: $102,400 - $136,500 This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
