Job Description

  • Conduct audits of engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and quality management processes within large EPC projects.
  • Assess design reviews, engineering change management, interface coordination, documentation control, and compliance with standards.
  • Evaluate construction governance, contractor performance, quality controls, mechanical completion, and commissioning readiness.
  • Identify and assess technical risks, including design issues, scope gaps, rework, delays, and quality failures, ensuring effective mitigation measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing engineering efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, execution controls, and risk management practices.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with 7–15 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, or site execution within large industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plant design, construction, commissioning processes, technical documentation, and quality management (ISO 9001).
  • Ability to identify technical risks, translate them into business impacts, and apply audit or risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent English, high integrity, independent working style, international mindset, and willingness to travel up to 30%
