About this role:

We are looking for a Senior CAD Designers to join our Manila office. Less experienced candidate will be considered for an intermediate position.

This role is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines. Our office is located conveniently in CBD area and easily accessible with any public transportation. You would find yourself in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and provide full set of drawing documentations using AutoCAD software.

· Manage and produce drawing packages with discipline and accountability

· Coordinate with Seniors on a regular basis & maintain communication with team members locally & internationally.

· Resourceful and vigilant on taking actions regarding design issues to avoid further setback on deliverables.

· Collaborate and work effectively with co-workers, departments and teams.

· Resolved issues utilizing sound judgment and reasoning skills.

· Maintain strong working knowledge on interior design, technical details and FF&E.

· Review and comprehend drawings to ensure that the produce packages meet the approved design.

· Ability to yield and maintain top notch documentation packages as per the Company’s Standard.

· Conceptualization and development of interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.

· Develop mood boards, sketches, and design proposals to convey your ideas effectively.

· Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life through detailed design development and space planning.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring that design solutions meet and exceed their expectations.

· Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.

· Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

· Have the right to work in the Philippines and willing to work in Manila office.

· Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

· Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience.

· Experience in design consultancy focusing on high end projects; experience in hospitality & gaming (Casino) projects will be an advantage.

· Good level of understanding regarding design intent, sketches and can turn design Images into 2D CAD drawings.

· Proficiency on producing full sets of tender, construction and technical drawings with minimum supervision.

· Well verse on using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp.

· Ability to work and handle projects independently and simultaneously.

· Strong comprehension of hospitality design and technical details.

· Can communicate effectively with design leads, team members and consultants through phone calls, emails, and other online communication applications.

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

· Leadership requirement (optional)

· Project management requirement (optional)

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of hospitality design projects.

· Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments

· Good communication skills
