We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior spaces while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead the design process from concept development through execution, collaborating closely with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams to transform ideas into exceptional spaces.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing project implementation. You should possess excellent visualization skills, strong technical expertise, and a deep understanding of space planning, construction detailing, and interior design principles.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements, project objectives, and design trends.
• Prepare detailed space plans, layouts, elevations, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD
• Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using SketchUp to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, materials, color palettes, and accessories that align with project requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design quality, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and installation work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare project presentations, mood boards, design documentation, and client proposals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Interior Design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling and design visualization.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, interior detailing, and building materials.
• Knowledge of lighting design, furniture selection, and finishing specifications.
• Excellent presentation and visualization abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior design projects.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating creative design concepts and completed projects.
• Experience handling projects from concept development through execution is highly preferred.
