Our client is a growing commercial interior fit-out company specializing in delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions for commercial spaces. With a strong focus on design excellence and project execution, the company provides end-to-end services from concept development to project completion.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Meet clients to understand project requirements, objectives, budget, and timeline.
• 
  Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning proposals.
• 
  Prepare design presentations using 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• 
  Select colour schemes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
• 
  Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and furniture layouts.
• 
  Coordinate design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  Source suitable materials and finishes while ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget.
• 
  Prepare design presentations, material schedules, shop drawing reviews, as-built drawings (where applicable), and maintain project documentation.
• 
  Ensure all designs comply with client requirements, local authority regulations, fire safety requirements, building codes, and company quality standards.

Job Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial interior design firm.
• 
  Experience in commercial fit-out projects is required.
• 
  Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or other relevant design software.
• 
  Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
  
  Working day: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
