This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava or Žilina.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Shape the future of radiology by designing innovative digital workflows that help healthcare professionals work more efficiently and confidently.
• Drive interaction design decisions from early product vision through detailed workflow definition and implementation.
• Represent user needs across multidisciplinary project teams and influence product direction through human-centered design.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, clinical experts, product managers, developers, and fellow UX professionals to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product experiences.
• Develop operating concepts and interaction models for complex healthcare applications.
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, continuously iterating based on user insights, stakeholder feedback, and research findings.
• Tackle challenging design problems involving complex workflows, large amounts of information, clinical requirements, and regulatory constraints.
• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of our design system and interaction patterns.
• Actively contribute to a thriving international design community that values curiosity, collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.

Your qualifications and experience

• Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products in an agency and/or in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, systems thinking, and problem solving for complex digital products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Vibe Prototyping tools.

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, enterprise software, or other highly regulated and complex domains is a plus.

• Strong user-centered mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and elegant solutions for complex challenges.
• Deep appreciation for interaction design craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complexity and translate ambiguous requirements into clear and effective user experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of design challenges.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, resilience, and a healthy sense of humor.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3200€

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
