
Your Capabilities and Credentials
• Proven ability to advise clients on the implementation of performance-based ITS contracts.
• Strong understanding of ITS field devices, their integration with control centers, and their role in network performance.
• Experience coaching and mentoring client teams in contract management and innovation adoption.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Comfortable working in multicultural teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Prior experience with innovation programs, pilot schemes, or testbed environments is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate professional experience, with a strong focus on ITS implementation and performance-based O&M contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with contract performance monitoring tools and methodologies is an advantage.
