We’re seeking a seasoned Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analyst at Beale AFB as part of our mission-critical Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Multi-ISR All-Source Analyst, you will:
Coordinate mission activities across multi-ISR domains with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, long-term/short-term analyses, and ISR mission planning.
Provide expert insight into foreign military capabilities and defense issues while addressing Request for Information (RFI) responses.
Ensure compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as applicable directives.
Mentor lower level analysts.
Interact and brief senior military leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant intelligence experience or a Masters and 10 + years of related experience. Additional 4 + years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Technical Expertise Proven advanced skills in exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and utilizing IC databases. Experience with cryptologic analysis and production
Adaptability Familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in domains such as Space, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and DoD/IC applications.
Communication & Collaboration Exceptional oral and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for working both independently and collaboratively.
Security Clearance Current TS/SCI access eligibility is a must.

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
