Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrity Engineer to join our Asset Integrity team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality integrity management solutions. In this role, you will support the integrity and reliability of Oil & Gas pressure systems assets, with a focus on corrosion management, risk assessment, and inspection planning. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide technical expertise in integrity assessments, Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), and asset life extension activities. You will also have opportunities to share knowledge, support the development of junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining the benefits of in-office collaboration with the convenience of remote work.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Integrity Management Systems (IMS) for pressure systems assets, ensuring alignment with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to corrosion management activities, including material selection, cathodic protection, corrosion monitoring, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide corrosion engineering input to RBI studies, including corrosion loop development, damage mechanism reviews, and remaining life assessments.
- Participate in Corrosion Risk Assessment (CRA) studies and support the evaluation of corrosion threats in accordance with industry’s best practices.
- Perform Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments using relevant software tools and contribute to the delivery of client-specific integrity solutions.
- Assist in the development of inspection strategies, plans, and work packs to support asset integrity objectives.
- Review and interpret inspection and monitoring data, identify degradation mechanisms, and recommend appropriate mitigation and inspection actions.
- Support the application of digital and advanced inspection technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of integrity management programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Corrosion, Materials, or Metallurgical disciplines.
- Around 5 to 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas asset integrity management or related engineering disciplines.
- Field inspection or site-based integrity assessment experience would be an advantage.
- API 580, API 571, NACE Corrosion Technologist, or similar industry certifications are desirable.
- Ability to support and guide junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Experience with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) software and familiarity with integrity management methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capable of working independently on assigned tasks while managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
