Senior Integration Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions. In this role, you will be the technical authority for connecting a complex landscape of cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring seamless data flow through robust, scalable, and highly observable architectures. Key Responsibilities

Azure Integration Excellence: Architect and deploy end-to-end solutions using the full Azure Integration Services suite, including Event Hub, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

iPaaS Leadership: Build and maintain complex integration processes and APIs using Dell Boomi (Atoms, Molecules, Flow).
•
API Design & Security: Design, publish, and manage secure REST/SOAP APIs following OpenAPI standards and enforcing strict security protocols like OAuth 2.0.
•
Enterprise Patterns: Apply advanced Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) such as Pub/Sub, event-driven architecture, and API-led connectivity to solve intricate business challenges.

Observability & Logging: Establish comprehensive cross-system logging, error handling, and alerting frameworks to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution.
•
Hybrid Data Engineering: Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), CRMs, and data lakes.

Documentation & Governance: Author high-quality technical and business documentation, including data flow diagrams, runbooks, and architectural standards. Technical Requirements

Expert Programming: Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, Python, and Java for developing custom integration logic and data transformations.
•
DevOps & IaC: Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and provisioning infrastructure via Terraform or Bicep.
•
Messaging Platforms: Deep understanding of enterprise messaging (e.g., Azure Service Bus) for high-throughput, event-driven systems.
•
SaaS Ecosystems: Proven track record of integrating major SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Oracle ERP Cloud.
•
Azure Integration Services: Strong expertise in Service Bus, EventHub, API Management, and Azure Functions.
•
Data Processing: Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for batch processing and data ingestion.
•
Middleware Platforms: Practical knowledge of Dell Boomi (Environment Extensions) is highly valued.
•
Programming Skills: Solid experience with Python is required. Proficiency in Node.js or C# is considered a strong advantage.

Observability: Implementation of structured logging and tiered alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
•
Security & Governance: Centralized secrets management via Azure Key Vault and the use of Managed Identities to eliminate hardcoded credentials. Preferred Qualifications

Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical integration requirements into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.

Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to drive the adoption of best practices across the team
•
Operational Excellence: Ability to turn a production incident into a documented "lesson learned" within the team Wiki.

Risk Management: A track record of identifying risks in schemas (e.g., Oracle quarterly updates) and mitigating them before they impact production.

Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders and the ability to explain technical schemas to non-technical team members.
