WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.
We arelooking for a Senior Integration Consultantwhowillalsoserve as the ADCTeam Lead for our Mexico branchThisisanindividualcontributor role thatcombineshands‑onIntegrationconsulting work with responsibilitiesthat support and guide the local team.
The role reports to the ADCPlatform & IntegrationDirector and maintains a dotted‑line relationship with the Global Head of ADC, providing leadership through influence on delivery standards, talent development, and initiatives that support the continued growth and scaling of the CDMX team.

Your scope as ADC Team Lead for CDMX:
Promote team engagement and social cohesion in the CDMX ADC team.
Supporting local initiatives that strengthen collaboration, onboarding experience, and long-term retention.
Own performance readiness of CDMX consultants, ensuring clear understanding of role expectations, delivery standards, and quality benchmarks.
Support effective allocation of local resources across SimCorp projects to ensure reliable delivery and healthyutilization
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working, improving efficiency, quality, and predictability in alignment withSimCorp’sglobal delivery strategy.
Support the scaling of the CDMX Delivery Center, partnering with TA on recruitment, onboarding, and contributing to talent development and retention.
Yourscopeas a Consultant:
Design,build, anddeliverintegrationsolutionsfor the SimCorpDimensionsystembasedonclientrequirements,includingtheuseofourcustomintegrationtool(CommunicationServer)
Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Manila ADC Platform&Integration Team
Gather,analyse, anddocumentclienttechnicalrequirements
Collaboratecloselywith teammembersand cross‑functionalteams
Shareknowledgeandcontributetocontinuouslearningwithinthe team and thewiderorganization
Preparetestcasesand support System IntegrationTesting(SIT) and UserAcceptanceTesting(UAT)
Performunittesting,documentdevelopedcomponents, andpresentdeliveredsolutions
