With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Architect to join our global IT team. Reporting to the Head of Retail ERP, you will define, govern and evolve the global integration architecture supporting our Microsoft Business Central platform, leading the transition from a mix of integrations approaches and technologies towards a modern API-led architecture centered on MuleSoft.

What you will do

  • Own the long-term integration architecture strategy and roadmap for Business Central, guiding the evolution from our current integrations landscape towards a modern API-led architecture centered on MuleSoft
  • Establish and enforce enterprise integration standards, governance processes and architecture principles across all Business Central integrations in close collaboration with our internal MuleSoft team
  • Review solution designs and act as the architectural authority for integration-related decisions, providing guidance to internal teams and external implementation partners
  • Lead the transition towards MuleSoft as WSA’s strategic integration platform, defining migration approaches, implementation standards and adoption roadmaps in close collaboration with the internal MuleSoft team
  • Provide architectural leadership for Business Central expansion into new countries and business capabilities, assessing integration impacts and designing scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with our internal MuleSoft team, Microsoft, implementation partners and external consultants.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience designing enterprise integrations around Microsoft Business Central or other ERP platforms, with a college/diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or similar
  • Experience operating and evolving global integration landscapes across multiple countries and business functions
  • Proven experience with API-led architecture, middleware platforms and enterprise integration frameworks, with MuleSoft experience a plus
  • Strong experience defining integration standards, governance models and architecture roadmaps
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation from a mixed landscape of integrations towards middleware-based architectures, and working with external implementation partners
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate across global time zones, with most hours being delivered within CET working hours.
