Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support and maintain the application platforms to ensure that they are reliable, scalable, maintainable and high availability.

Key responsibilities:

• 5 to 6 years ofhands-on experienceinWorkday Integration Development, Implementation, Enhancements, and Production Support.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and supportWorkday inbound andoutbound integrationsusingWorkday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, CloudConnector, PECI, PICOF, and Report Designer.
• Develop and maintainintegrations usingXML, XSLT, WebServices, REST APIs, and Java, includingXSLT-based transformations.
• Participate in allphases of theSoftware Development Lifecycle(SDLC), including requirementsgathering, solution design,development, testing, deployment, and post-productionsupport.
• Troubleshoot integrationissues, monitor productioninterfaces, perform rootcause analysis, andimplement enhancementsto ensurereliable and stableintegrations.
• Design and developAdvanced, Matrix, Dashboard, and Composite Reports, along with complexWorkday calculated fieldsto support businessand integration requirements.
• Configure and maintainWorkday integration security, includingX509 certificates, PGPencryption, SSH keys, Integration System Users(ISU), and IntegrationSystem Groups (ISG).
• Partner with businessstakeholders, functionalteams, and downstreamapplication teams todesign scalable, efficient, and reliable integrationsolutions.
• Take ownership ofprojects andchange requests bymanaging timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Create and maintaintechnical documentation, including solution designdocuments, interfacespecifications, test plans, deployment guides, andoperational documentation.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communicationskills with akeenattention todetail.
