As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager - Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact strategies to drive customer growth and acquisition across both brands and partners. This role requires an individual with a deep knowledge of the advertising industry in the Netherlands along with a growth mindset and passion for AI led transformation. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing, extensive experiential and content marketing experience, with the ability to build relationships at an executive level.



Responsibilities

  • Market Planning - The ability to organize and define marketing goals, gather strategies and tactics to achieve them, and drive marketing to positively impact demand.
  • Creativity - The ability to apply ingenuity, inventiveness, and imagination to the inclusive design and construction of a campaign, program, or initiative.
  • Market Knowledge - Knowledge of the market context in which the business operates; this includes the understanding of market trends and how they will impact customers and the business.
  • Problem Solving - The ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Digital Marketing - Knowledge of digital marketing, which is the marketing of products or services using digital technologies. This includes knowledge of how digital marketing is used online, via mobile devices, and through other digital mediums.
  • Stakeholder Management - The ability to manage project stakeholders and stakeholder engagements. This includes identifying stakeholders, prioritizing their concerns, managing expectations, and planning and monitoring stakeholder engagements.
  • Decision Making - The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This includes the ability to define, diagnose, and determine an appropriate resolution, recommendation, or decision while considering alternatives and factors (e.g., resources, costs, tradeoffs).



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND Demonstrated years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND Demonstrated years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
