About this role:

Within our Consumer organization, you'll drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Coursera's key new content launches. The Lifecycle Marketing team converts owned demand into revenue and maximizes learner lifetime value by connecting new content, promotions, and seasonal moments into coordinated campaigns that progress learners from first purchase through renewal. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, size expected impact, build the GTM plan, and own the execution and results. In this role, you'll make the scope and timeline calls that keep campaigns moving while remaining accountable for the business outcomes each campaign delivers.

About your skills:

Campaign Management

Core responsibility for planning and executing end-to-end GTM strategies for content launches.

Cross-Channel Marketing

Critical for orchestrating coordinated multi-channel strategy across on-platform, CRM, and paid media.

Campaign Planning

Fundamental for developing comprehensive launch strategies with coordinated resources and milestones.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define what success looks like before launch by setting clear success metrics and sizing expected impact, then make recommendations on scope and timeline tradeoffs when stakeholder inputs conflict.
  • Treat each content launch as a business outcome, not a scheduling exercise—sequence launches against clear business goals and explain the strategic reasoning behind each campaign structure.
  • Convert business goals into campaign briefs scoped appropriately for content value and category, enabling creative, channel, and lifecycle teams to execute coordinated multi-channel strategies.
  • Orchestrate On-Platform Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, and Product teams around a single launch plan while partnering closely with Content and Category Management to ensure proper market positioning.
  • Track what each content launch is built to drive, partner with Data Science to measure outcomes, and feed results into quarterly planning cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with 8+ years in integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or partner marketing, ideally for a D2C content or subscription business.
  • Demonstrated history of owning cross-channel campaign calendars end-to-end, from on-time delivery through the revenue or engagement outcomes each campaign is built to drive.
  • Experience coordinating across creative, channel, product, and data teams to align them around a single launch plan.
  • Background in analytical work, including sizing campaign impact and using analysis to prioritize the next cycle's initiatives.
  • Experience marketing new content, courses, or product launches alongside promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrated history of operating across multiple brands or platforms simultaneously.
